Subba Ayyagari is an experienced professional with a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Subba is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer, Servicing Technologies at Black Knight, where they focus on disrupting the Mortgage Servicing and Lending Industry through digital and technology transformation. Subba has also held the role of Head of Digital Engineering, Servicing Technologies at Black Knight, leading the digital transformation and innovation in the Mortgage Servicing space.

Prior to their time at Black Knight, Subba worked as a Senior Vice President, Business Strategy, Mortgage Servicing Technologies at Black Knight Financial Services. In this role, they were responsible for driving business and technology strategy forward for the LoanSphere Servicing and Default Technologies market segment, working directly with the largest client and mortgage servicers in the US. Subba played a key role in creating new product and revenue growth opportunities for the company.

Subba also has experience at Fidelity National Financial as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Technology Office, Mortgage Technology Division, where they provided hands-on technology strategy, architecture, and technology oversight for the Title and Mortgage divisions. Subba played a crucial role in the creation and maturity of the Mortgage Web Services (MWS) platform, increasing its stability, performance, scalability, and availability.

Additionally, Subba has worked at CitiStreet, Merrill Lynch, MCI, and Southern Company, holding various roles in software development, architecture, and management. Their expertise includes areas such as product development, project management, application and infrastructure architecture, and technology strategy.

Subba has a deep understanding of the Mortgage Servicing industry and is proficient in various technologies such as cloud computing, microservices, API management, and more.

Subba Ayyagari pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Subba then furthered their education by completing an Executive MBA program in Leadership Development at Jacksonville University between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Subba Ayyagari has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they earned the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems. The following year, they achieved the Sun Certified Java Developer certification. In 2001, Ayyagari obtained the BEA Weblogic Certified Developer certification from BEA Systems. In 2005, they earned both the Sun Certified Business Component Developer (J2EE) and Sun Certified Web Component Developer (J2EE) certifications from Sun Microsystems.
