Marcele Araujo Bastos

Marcele Araujo Bastos, CRHA, currently serves as Directrice des Ressources Humaines for SecureOps, managing HR operations across Canada, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines since May 2022. Previously, Marcele held various HR roles including Conseillère en Ressources Humaines at UL, Scientific Games, and Agropur, where contributions included the establishment of a new employee service center and the implementation of Workday. Marcele also has experience in project management with Lemay and served as an Executive Assistant at the International Civil Aviation Organization, where responsibilities included supporting diplomatic personnel and HR processes for international mobility. Educational qualifications include a Baccalauréat in Administration des Affaires - Ressources humaines from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a current pursuit of a second-cycle graduate certificate in Project-Based Human Resource Management at Université TÉLUQ.
