Alina Dobrin

Alina Dobrin currently serves as a Problem Manager at SecureWorks, a role undertaken since January 2017, after previously holding the same title at Ericsson from November 2014. In these positions, Alina has taken on a variety of responsibilities, including coordinating problem resolution activities, conducting trend analysis, and creating project documentation. Alina has also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a project in Nigeria, involving training and operational management of a new Problem Management team. Prior to these roles, Alina amassed extensive experience at Oracle, ascending from Analyst in the GSD Service Support Team to Senior Problem Management Analyst, while also holding various positions focusing on software testing. Alina holds a degree from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, completed in 2008.
