Paul Renouf

Paul Renouf is an experienced leader in operations and customer support, currently serving as the Global Operations Lead for the Secureworks Adversary Group since January 2020. Prior to this role, Paul was the Vice President of Global Customer Support at Crossover from October 2019 to January 2020. Paul's extensive career at RSA Security spanned nearly a decade, where positions included Director and Senior Manager of Professional Services & Customer Support for the EMEA region. Earlier roles at NXP and Tyco International further developed Paul's expertise in technical support and information systems. Paul holds a degree from The Open University.
