Lieve Huygens

Lieve Huygens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lieve is currently the Customer Care Director at Securex, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to Securex, Lieve worked at Carglass België as the Customer Contact Center Manager from March 2016 to January 2021. Lieve also has experience as a Co-owner of Design 4 Foodservice bvba from March 2013 to October 2018. Lieve has held different management functions at Würth Group from April 2004 to March 2014, including the role of Customer Service Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Administration Supervisor at biffa and Veolia Environmental Services Belgium. Lieve has also been a member of Customer contact.be and Customer Contact Forum.be since January 2017. Lieve also worked as a Strategic Business Unit Manager at Fastinox nv/WASI International GmbH from February 2015 to March 2016.

Lieve Huygens attended Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Lieve obtained an A1 qualification in this field of study.
