Nathalie Heynaert has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Securex since January 2006, overseeing a team of eight responsible for payroll and personnel administration. Prior to this, Nathalie held the position of Operations Supervisor at a health insurance department, leading a team in managing client reimbursements. Nathalie's earlier experience includes serving as the daily coordinator of a residential care center, where responsibilities involved managing care for 100 residents and administrative oversight, along with previous work as a self-employed physiotherapist specializing in elderly care. Nathalie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesitherapie from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent.
