Tamara Finlay, MBA, C. Dir., is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in employee experience and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Securian Canada, Tamara has previously held senior roles including Vice President of Employee Experience at Meridian Credit Union and Vice President of People & Culture at Progressa. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and Director of Human Resources at OMERS. Tamara’s educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, with a global program spanning multiple countries, and ongoing studies at the University of St.Gallen.
