Gail C. has a diverse work experience in the field of reward and wellbeing. Gail worked as the Head of Reward & Wellbeing at Diligenta - a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services since 2018. Previously, they worked at British Sugar, where they served as an HR Programme Manager - Reward (interim) and also as a Reward Manager (interim) from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they took a career break from 2015 to 2016. Gail also held a Group Reward & Benefits Manager position at BGL Group from 2006 to 2015. Gail started their career at Campbell Soup Company, where they worked as a European Compensation & Benefits Analyst from 2003 to 2006.

Gail C. holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh. Gail also pursued further education at the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from the Strathclyde Business School.
