Andrew Kelley

Andrew Kelley, MBA, is a seasoned professional in enterprise strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Strategy at Securian Financial since September 2021. In this role, Andrew leads the internal strategy consulting practice and facilitates strategic planning with the executive leadership team to define long-term strategies. Prior to this position, Andrew held roles at CWT from May 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing projects to enhance business performance and serving as interim leader for the Enterprise Strategy and Business Insights team. Andrew's career began at Target, spanning from June 2010 to May 2018, including positions that focused on project management and merchandise planning. Andrew holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics and History from St. Olaf College.
