Becca Hagen

Becca Hagen is a seasoned talent and HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Securian Financial, Becca oversees Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent and Leadership Development, DEI, Community, and Associate Engagement. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Target, where Becca held various senior positions, notably as Senior Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, driving company-wide DEI strategies and enhancing team member experience. The career trajectory also includes roles focused on HR strategy, employee experience, and M&A integration within Target, as well as foundational HR roles at organizations such as Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and EchoStar Corporation. Becca holds a BA in International Business and French from Concordia College and a certificate in International Commerce from Université de Rennes IGR.
