Dan Preiner

Dan Preiner is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President at Securian Financial since March 2011, Dan Preiner has held various titles, including Second Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Counsel, and Associate Counsel. Prior to joining Securian Financial, Dan Preiner worked as an Attorney at Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP from September 2007 to February 2011. Dan Preiner holds a JD in Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law (2004-2007) and a BA in Management from Saint John's University (2000-2004). Additionally, Dan Preiner is pursuing the LIMRA and LOMA Strategic Leadership Experience Program at Wharton Executive Education, which spans from August 2023 to August 2025.
