David Seidel

David Seidel has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Affinity Solutions for Securian Financial since July 1988. Over the years, David has held key leadership roles including Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Actuary, and Chief Financial Officer within the company. Prior to Securian Financial, David was the President of Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company from April 2017 to January 2023 and served as Vice President and Actuary at Minnesota Life from 2007 to January 2023. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, where studies took place from 1982 to 1986, as well as from the Carlson School of Management.
