Emily Carlson

Emily Carlson has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Second Vice President at Securian Financial since June 2011, with previous roles including Senior Director and Director & Actuary in Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to Securian Financial, Emily worked at Mercer as an Actuarial Associate from May 2006 to May 2011. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Iowa, completed in 2006, and furthered education at A4S Academy between 2020 and 2021.
