Kelli Morales

Kelli Morales is a seasoned professional in the insurance and financial services industries, currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Technology & Analytics committee at Claim.org while holding the position of Senior Manager of Living Benefits Claims at Securian Financial since November 2019. In this role, Kelli provides strategic direction for multiple claims teams, overseeing transformation initiatives and automation projects that significantly enhance processing times. Prior to Securian, Kelli was the Director of Operations at van Wagenen Financial Services, managing a large team and budget, and held various managerial positions at Prudential Financial, focusing on claims administration and operational efficiency. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is a graduate of the Women Unlimited ImPower program.
