Lance du Chateau

Lance Du Chateau is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Customer Experience Strategy Lead at Securian Financial since June 2020. In this role, Lance sets the experience strategy and roadmap for the Employee Benefits Solutions business line, focusing on journey mapping and CX measurement. Previously, Lance held several leadership positions at Fairview Health Services, including Director of Marketing and Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included market share growth and developing customer-first strategies.
