Marci Mitchell

Marci Mitchell (Gohmann) is an experienced engineering director with a strong background in leading technology teams and driving organizational transformation. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Securian Financial since April 2020, Marci previously held the same position at Trane. At Thomson Reuters, from 2006 to December 2018, Marci excelled as Sr. Director, Technology, focusing on coaching programs and talent development, achieving notable retention rates for women in technology. Marci's leadership led to the successful launch of multi-year platforms and recognized award-winning products during tenure at Thomson Reuters. Earlier career roles include managerial and engineering positions at Thomson and West Publishing Corporation. Marci holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas.
