Renee Lee

Renee Lee is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Operations and Director of Product Management at Securian Financial since November 2018. In these roles, Renee leads the agile transformation focused on customer-centric and product-oriented approaches in the life insurance sector. Prior to this, Renee held various management positions at Securian Financial Group from August 2007 to September 2018, including Manager of Life Manufacturing Systems and Manager of Securian Technology Services. With a background in technology and operations, Renee's earlier experience includes a role as Lead Program Manager at Microsoft. Renee holds a B.A. in Information Technology in Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and has additional education in Information Technology in Management and Family Social Science from Concordia College.
