Chandra Mouli

Chandra Mouli has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Chandra began their career as a Summer Intern at Ford India Ltd in 2003.

In 2006, they worked as a Practice School Trainee at Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd, where they conducted studies to improve energy efficiency in the gas turbine and HRSG, as well as optimize the steam cycle in the fertilizer plant.

From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Design Engineer at Infosys, where they developed HMI screens and coded in Cicode(C) to functionalize control logic.

Chandra then transitioned to a role as a Senior Engineer at Infosys from 2008 to 2011, where they created plug and play blocks of BOP systems and shouldered project planning and configuration management activities.

From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Team Lead and Method Analyst at Infosys, analyzing and capturing mathematical and geometrical methods associated with turbine blade design and serving as a business analyst for an engineering platform project.

Chandra continued their tenure at Infosys as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst from 2014 to 2017, facilitating agile processes and acting as a liaison between client stakeholders.

From 2017 to 2019, they held the role of Scrum Master and Lead Business Analyst at Infosys, where they facilitated backlog grooming, sprint planning, user story creation, and played a role in the bug SWAT team.

In 2019, they joined Full Potential Solutions as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, supporting agile practices within the organization.

Currently, since 2020, they are working at Securin Inc. as a Business Analyst and has recently transitioned into the role of Sr. Product Manager.

Chandra Mouli completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Chemical from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2001 and 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Physics from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Tier I: Basic SmartBear Partner Certified in UITesting and APITesting from SmartBear in 2018. In 2009, Chandra Mouli achieved the BrITE - Gold certification, which is equivalent to a Six Sigma Green Belt, from Infosys. In 2020, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
