Pamela Izaguirre Westfall

Pamela Izaguirre Westfall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, security, and international relations. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Global Security and Safety at Securitas Group, Pamela has previously held significant roles including Senior Program Officer at Strategic Capacity Group, where leadership was demonstrated in designing a $500,000 program for the Colombian National Police. At the Organización de los Estados Americanos, Pamela coordinated high-level international events and led the Executive Office of the Secretariat for Multidimensional Security, overseeing a large team and managing complex logistical requirements. Earlier experiences include research and legislative work with the Council on Hemispheric Affairs and the Parliament of Canada, and founding a successful language center which generated substantial revenue. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad de Monterrey.
