Nora Olesen

Nora Olesen currently serves as the Change and Communication Manager at Securitas Norge since March 2022, focusing on developing and implementing a change management framework while managing projects related to reorganisation and process improvement. Prior to this role, Nora worked as a Change Agent at Statkraft from June 2018 to March 2022, where innovative project models were implemented for projects characterized by uncertainty. Early experience includes a summer internship at Statkraft, positions as a student assistant at Spires United, and sales assistant roles at Bohus Holding AS and Bane NOR. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School, along with relevant degrees from the University of Sydney, University of Oslo, and the University of Bergen.
