Jean-Philippe Hay

Jean-Philippe Hay has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jean-Philippe started their career in 2006 as an Associate at Lawfort (MB&P Law). In 2007, they joined Securitas as a Company Lawyer, providing legal and risk management services to various entities in Belgium and Luxembourg. Jean-Philippe'sresponsibilities included offering general legal advice, contract management, litigation management, corporate housekeeping, public procurement, and labor law. Jean-Philippe held this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Jean-Philippe served as the Legal Manager for Securitas Belgium and Luxembourg. Jean-Philippe then became the Head of Legal Belgium and Luxembourg from April 2016 to December 2019. Currently, Jean-Philippe Hay is the Legal Affairs & Risk Director at Securitas Belgium, a position they have held since January 2020.

Jean-Philippe Hay began their education in 2001 at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they pursued a degree in Licence en droit. Jean-Philippe completed their studies in 2006. Jean-Philippe then went on to attend the KU Leuven from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Master-na-master in het Vennootschapsrecht. Continuing their academic pursuits, Jean-Philippe enrolled at the University of Antwerp in 2011, graduating in 2012 with a Master-na-master in het Ondernemingsrecht.
