Rajeev Sood

Rajeev Sood is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles since 2000. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Securitas India, Rajeev has effectively managed five business verticals with a workforce of 50,000 employees and oversees a team of 12 HR members. Previous roles at Securitas include Assistant Vice President, General Manager, and Senior Manager, where notable contributions included launching a comprehensive business management software system and developing strategies to enhance operational quality. Earlier in the career, Rajeev held positions at Shivalik Prints Ltd. and Hues N Heather, focusing on payroll processing, performance appraisal coordination, and employee relations. Rajeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources from Guru Jambheshwar University.
