Elica Ling possesses extensive experience in the legal and enforcement sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enforcement for the Corporate Fraud and Corporate Misfeasance Team at the Securities and Futures Commission since February 2008. Previously held positions include Manager of Enforcement for both the Investigation Team and the Disciplinary and International Team. Elica began a legal career as a Barrister-at-law at Central Chambers from September 2007 to February 2008 and served as a Pupil Barrister at Gilt Chambers within the Hong Kong Judiciary from September 2006 to August 2007. Education includes an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong, a PCLL from The University of Hong Kong, and an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham.
