Kathy Chan

Kathy Chan, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Manager in Corporate Finance at the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since November 2020, Kathy previously held the position of Senior Associate in Deals Advisory at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong from February 2018 to October 2020, focusing on valuations. Kathy began their career as an Audit Associate in Financial Services at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China from October 2016 to October 2017. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and participated in an exchange programme at The University of Manchester in 2015.
