Silvia Hui

Silvia Hui is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at the Securities and Futures Commission since August 2017, having also held the position of Assistant Counsel. Prior to this role, Silvia worked at Hong Kong Exchange & Clearing Ltd as an Associate from May 2016 to July 2017, and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an Associate from September 2014 to May 2016, after starting as a Trainee Solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from September 2012 to August 2014. Academically, Silvia earned an LLB in Law from The University of Hong Kong between 2009 and 2011 and completed a BBA in Business Administration at the same institution from 2006 to 2009.
