William Tse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial investigations and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Manager at the Securities and Futures Commission since January 2015, William conducts investigations into suspected cross-border securities crimes and provides case referrals to international regulators. Prior to this role, William was an Assistant Manager at PwC, where advisory services were rendered to debtors and creditors amid financial crises, as well as conducting investigations into corporate affairs. William's educational background includes advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, such as a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The University of Hong Kong, a Master's degree in Investment Management from HKUST Business School, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCL. Recent training includes a program in Crypto AML Compliance from the Basel Institute on Governance and a short course on Cryptocurrency from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
