John T. Garcia

John T. Garcia is currently the First Vice President at Security Bank Corp. Prior to this, they were with Smart Communications, Inc. as their Senior Purchasing Supervisor from March 2008 to June 2012. There, they supervised purchases for IT and Core Network commodities, and was responsible for strategizing, negotiating and establishing service level agreements with vendors, as well as contract authoring and management. John also led the determination of the collective requirement for PLDT group and recommended appropriate strategy, conducted spend analysis based on total I.T. procurement expenditures, and planned and managed the implementation of strategies to support collective procurement for PLDT group. John T. Garcia has also previously served as the Head of the Corporate Services Division at SBCards Corporation from September 2004 to February 2008, and as Business Administrator at United Evangelical Church of the Philippines from June 2001 to September 2004.

John T. Garcia reports to Sanjiv Vohra, President & CEO. They work with Jorge Lindley S. Ong - SVP, Harold S. De Leon - First Vice President, and John Cary L. Ong - Executive Vice President.
