Nicole Ranna Hao Feliciano

Nicole Ranna Hao Feliciano currently serves as the Product Management and Payments Channel Head, FVP at Security Bank Corporation since January 2021, having previously held the position of Payments Channel Department Head, VP. Prior to Security Bank, Nicole was with UnionBank of the Philippines from July 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Payments Working Group and managing the Disbursement and Credit Teams. Experience at Citi from June 2013 to June 2016 involved managing public sector client relationships as a Manager in the Corporate and Investment Banking Public Sector Group and participating in a management associate program with rotations in various banking divisions. Nicole began the career at the Development Bank of the Philippines from August 2009 to May 2013, progressing from a Management Associate to a Credit Risk Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Development Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of the Philippines.
