Gabriel Lopez

Gabriel Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gabriel currently works as a Cloud Engineer at Security Benefit, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a System Engineer at Oracle from October 2022 to November 2022.

Before transitioning to their current role, Gabriel worked at Cerner Corporation from 2015 to 2022. During their tenure, they held multiple positions, including System Engineer and Senior Support Technician. As a System Engineer, they were responsible for provisioning Windows and Linux servers, both physical and virtual, using VMware. Gabriel worked with various operating systems such as Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, as well as Oracle OEL and Red Hat RHEL Linux and ESX.

Gabriel's earlier experience includes work at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an On Site Support professional, providing general tech support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office and Windows. Gabriel also worked at Elliot Union Digital Gaming Center as an Attendant from 2009 to 2013 and at Supr Tkz-Onsite Computer Repair as a Computer Tech from 2010 to 2013.

Gabriel Lopez attended the University of Central Missouri from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2009 and the CompTIA Network+ Certification in November 2010. Additionally, Gabriel recently obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022.
