Lokke Moerel

Lokke Moerel is a legal expert specializing in global ICT law and privacy, currently serving as Senior Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP since February 2015. Moerel holds multiple advisory and board positions, including Member of the Board of Advisors at Security Delta, Professor of Global ICT Law at Tilburg University, and Chair of the Board at the Atlantische Commissie. Moerel is also a member of the Dutch Cyber Security Council, the Advisory Board of ACCSS_NL, and a cyber expert for the European Commission’s Horizon2020 Innovation Program.
