Erik Strand

Erik Strand serves as the Account Relationship Manager for Commercial Lending at Security Financial Bank since April 2021 and has been the Head Hockey Coach for the Women's Ice Hockey program at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire since August 2006, focusing on team culture, inclusion, and diversity. Erik’s coaching experience also includes eight seasons as the Assistant Hockey Coach for Men's Ice Hockey, contributing to NCAA National Championship success in 2013. Prior to the current roles, Erik held various positions in commercial lending, including Vice President and Associate Vice President at First Bank of Baldwin, and served as a National Sales Manager at Tess Oral Health. Erik's career in finance began with GE Money and Wells Fargo Financial, culminating in extensive experience in providing financial solutions across multiple sectors. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
