Ms. Simmons has over 20 years of experience leading Human Resource teams and creating and building a culture of excellence through developing, engaging, and supporting the workforce in efficient, effective, and progressive delivery of human services, program development, change management, performance management, and organizational leadership. Ms. Simmons earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Management, and Leadership from Eastern Oregon University.
