Doug Farrow

Doug Farrow is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the funeral service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at FT North America since March 2024, Doug oversees business development and revenue growth in North America while recruiting and training a dynamic sales team. Previously, as Market Manager at Security National Life Insurance Company, Doug managed pre-need insurance sales growth across Northern Texas and Louisiana, including recruitment, marketing, and sales production. Doug held the position of Vice President of Sales at Newcomer Funeral Service Group, responsible for pre-need sales for 42 locations, overseeing budgets and employee development. During tenure at The Journey Group as Senior Vice President of Operations & Sales, Doug managed overall P&L for 13 sites generating over $17 million in revenue, overseeing more than 150 employees. Earlier, Doug was Regional Vice President at Stewart Enterprises, directing sales and operational functions to achieve revenue goals while building a high-performing team. Doug is an alumnus of Loyola University Maryland.
