Melinda Gilliam

Melinda Gilliam has extensive experience in talent development and residential life. Melinda is currently working as an Associate Director of Talent Development at Security Properties Residential, where they research and develops manager training programs. Melinda also oversees the Learning Management System and supports in-house training programs. Prior to this role, they served as a Talent Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining Security Properties Residential, Melinda had roles at the University of Washington, where they served as an Assistant Director of Residential Life, a Career Coach, an Area Director, and a Resident Director.
