Kristi Milbourn

Kristi Milbourn currently serves as the HR Associate Director for Learning & Talent Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of organizational leadership development programs for over 26,000 employees. As the CEO and Founder of Peak Potential LLC, Kristi focuses on providing strategic HR and recruitment consulting services to enhance organizational success through effective talent management. Previously, Kristi held roles such as Global Internal Mobility Manager at Atlassian, where skills were developed in talent management and stakeholder engagement, and Global Recruiting Manager at Zendesk, where Kristi established the first specialized G&A talent team. Kristi's career also includes significant contributions at American Family Insurance in various positions related to talent acquisition and customer experience consulting. Education includes an M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
