Mark Jimenez

Mark Jimenez has over two decades of experience in technology solutions and network engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Technology Solutions Analysis & Design at Security Service Federal Credit Union since May 2000. In this role, Mark oversees the Credit Union’s Network, Telecommunication, and Technology systems, managing design, development, budgeting, and operational aspects while supervising departments such as Voice & Data Engineering and End User Support. Previously, Mark held roles including Vice President of Network Engineering & Support and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included leading enterprise solution analysis teams and fostering collaborations with executives and stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include positions as Manager, Network Engineering at HEB and Voice & Data Coordinator at the US Army, where Mark served as a Specialist E4 Wire Systems Installer.
