Tatiana Escalante

Tatiana Escalante is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Senior LMS Program Specialist at Security Service Federal Credit Union since November 2020. In this role, Tatiana acts as an Administrator and Implementation Specialist for the Learning Management System, collaborating with various divisions to design and manage enterprise-wide L&D programs. Previously, Tatiana held multiple roles at OE Federal Credit Union from October 2013 to November 2020, including Training Manager, where responsibilities included directing instructional design and leadership development, and launching a New Manager Boot Camp. Additional positions at OE Federal included Consumer Lending Services Manager, overseeing a team focused on consumer loans, and Branch Manager, where Tatiana successfully exceeded branch goals.
