Austin Jacks has a range of experience in the mortgage and marketing industry. Austin is currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer at SecurityNational Mortgage Company, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Storyy in 2019, where they focused on helping professionals share their authentic message through video content and social media management. Austin also worked as a Field Marketing Manager at Nations Lending from 2019 to 2023 and at Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they served as a Marketing Specialist at loanDepot in 2017. Austin started their career at National Residential Mortgage, where they held positions as a Marketing Services Specialist from 2014 to 2017 and as a Marketing Coordinator from 2012 to 2014.

Austin Jacks has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Arizona State University. Austin also holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Mesa Community College.
