Christa Patton

Christa Patton currently serves as Vice President of Learning, Development & Enablement at SecurityScorecard and as a Board Advisor at Skills U, both positions held since July 2023. Previously, Christa held various leadership roles at MicroStrategy from 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included designing and facilitating training programs, managing onboarding processes, and enabling sales teams. Prior experience includes senior roles at K12, where Christa implemented training programs for sales teams and improved quality assurance processes, and at Walden University, where Christa led a sales team and consistently exceeded lead generation quotas. Christa's career began as a Classroom Teacher with the Anne Arundel County Board of Education, and education is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Towson University.
