Heidy Machado has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Heidy has held various roles at different companies. Their most recent position was as a Regional Sales Director LATAM at Securonix, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and building relationships with systems integrators and Value-Added Resellers. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect LATAM at the same company, providing technical support for sales in the CALA region.

Before joining Securonix, Heidy worked as a Product Manager iSOC at Digiware, guiding the success of services provided by iSOC and identifying potential products to improve service supply. Heidy also had a tenure at B-SECURE, where they served as a Cybersecurity Service Manager, Consulting Service Delivery Manager, and SOC Service Delivery Manager, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity services.
