Lucky Rangra

Lucky Rangra has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2011. Lucky began their career as a Network Support Engineer at Sutherland Global Service Limited in 2011. In 2012, they moved to NIIT Limited where they worked as a Network Engineer. Lucky's duties included maintaining computer hardware and software assets, software upgradation, and troubleshooting desktop issues. In 2013, they joined Lester Infoservices as a Remote Desktop Engineer, where they were responsible for troubleshooting internet connectivity, Windows updates/patches management, and webmail/email clients. In 2014, they joined Allied Digital Services Limited as a L2 Network Engineer, where their duties included monitoring devices/services, networks, servers, storage, backup, creating availability, capacity planning, link utilization, and system validation reports. Finally, in 2017, they joined SecurView, Inc. as a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead.

Lucky Rangra's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from D.N Patel COE from 2007 to 2011 and a High School degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2005 to 2007. In addition, Rangra has obtained several certifications, including a Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer PCNSE7 from Palo Alto Networks in October 2016, a Palo Alto Networks Micro-Credentials Prisma Cloud Consultant in January 2022, a Netskope cloud security integrator in November 2021, a Netskope Cloud Security Administrator and a Netskope Cloud Security Specialist in October 2021, a Fortinet NSE Professional NSE 4 in April 2019, and three Fortinet NSE Associate NSE 1, NSE 2, and NSE 3 in December 2018.
