Rashmi Saswade

Rashmi Saswade has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Rashmi started their career as an HR Executive at Siddhivinayak Groups and then moved to Agilis Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as a Jr. Payroll Executive in 2016. In 2018, they joined Infosys BPM as an HR - OD Process Lead and HR - PMS Process Specialist. Currently, they are working as an HR Executive - Business Operations at SecurView, Inc. since 2022.

Rashmi Saswade completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2013. Rashmi then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree from the same university, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they completed in 2015.
