Maggie Sklar

Maggie Sklar, currently the Managing Director at SEDA Experts, offers expert witness services in commodities, derivatives, cryptocurrency, and financial markets. Maggie is also the Chair of the Public Policy and Regulation Committee at Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association and a founding member of the Association of Women in Cryptocurrency. Previously, Maggie held positions at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where Maggie provided legal and policy advice on various financial market issues. Maggie holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.
