Paul Joseph Espino has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Paul Joseph is currently the Director of Human Resources at Seda Hotels since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at City of Dreams Manila, where they held multiple roles. From September 2016 to November 2022, they served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources Shared Services, and from October 2014 to August 2016, they were a Manager in Human Resources. Before joining City of Dreams Manila, Paul worked as a Division Manager at Q2 HR Solutions from February 2013 to October 2014. Paul Joseph also has a long tenure at inspiro, where they held various positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager from March 2011 to February 2013, Operations Manager from October 2009 to February 2011, Senior Operations Manager from February 2009 to September 2009, Operations Manager from August 2004 to January 2009, and Service Quality Manager from March 2007 to October 2007.

Paul Joseph Espino, MBA, CEQP completed their Master of Business Administration degree at Ateneo de Manila University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, majoring in Business Management, at De La Salle University from 1998 to 2001.
