Jimena Vasquez

Jimena Vasquez is an experienced professional in retention and revenue operations, currently serving as Senior Manager for Retention and Revenue Operations at Sedex since October 2024. Previously, Jimena held the position of Head of Renewals for the Americas SMB & MidMarket at PagerDuty, where responsibilities included championing customer retention for over 4,000 accounts and building a high-performing team of renewal managers. Jimena’s career also includes significant roles at Infor, including Principal of Sales Engineering focused on enterprise customers in healthcare, and various leadership positions in business development and market engagement throughout Latin America. Prior experience includes a Programme Officer role at the United Nations World Food Programme and research positions at SI Capital Private Equity and the Center for American Progress. Jimena holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from Brandeis University.
