Chelsea Smith is a seasoned professional in claims management, currently serving as a Senior Claims Examiner at Sedgwick since November 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing a significant litigation caseload and conducting risk assessments. Previously, Chelsea accumulated extensive experience at GEICO from January 2011 to November 2024, holding multiple roles, including management of regional compliance training and assessment of new hire performance in complex liability investigations.
