Dana Jackson

Dana Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and client services. Currently serving as VP of IT Applications at Sedgwick since January 2018, Dana has previously held the position of VP Client Services at Absentys, LLC / Sedgwick CMS from December 2014 to August 2022, and served as President & COO at Absentys, LLC from February 2003 to December 2014. Dana holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mississippi University for Women.
