Rachel Ruedin Krauch

Rachel Ruedin Krauch has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rachel started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2009 as a Senior Claims Case Manager, where they managed and resolved complex claims cases. In 2013, they joined Sedgwick and initially worked as a Claims Examiner, handling the process of evaluating and settling insurance claims. Rachel quickly progressed to the role of Claims Assistant Team Lead, where they supervised multiple teams of examiners and provided technical guidance on claims adjudication. Rachel then became a Workers' Compensation Claims Team Lead, responsible for administering personnel policies, interviewing and hiring colleagues, and providing support and motivation for maximum performance. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager Claims WC, further expanding their responsibilities. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Director of Client Services at Sedgwick, where they play a pivotal role in managing client relationships. Rachel'sextensive experience and leadership skills make their a valuable asset in driving the success of the company.

Rachel Ruedin Krauch, ARM, AIC-M, AINS obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the Foster College of Business at Bradley University from 2006 to 2008. Rachel also holds additional certifications, including the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Claims - Management (AIC-M), and Associate in Claims, all obtained from The Institutes. Rachel also has a certification as a Louisiana Independent Adjuster in Casualty, Property, and Workers' Compensation, obtained in February 2018 from Louisiana.
