Matthew Halbrooks

Matthew Halbrooks has extensive experience in customer service and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Production Planner at Sedia Inc. since January 2014, Matthew manages customer interactions for both national and international accounts, utilizing ERP systems for order entry, scheduling, and data analysis. Prior experience includes roles at Time Warner Cable, where Matthew managed account relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, and Westmoor Country Club, where oversight of a team facilitated excellent service for members. Matthew's career began in retail at Blockbuster, where training and mentoring of staff were key responsibilities. Additionally, Matthew has achieved a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp and continues education at UW-Milwaukee.
