Roman Boehni

Roman Boehni has worked in a variety of roles in the legal and insurance industries. In 2008, they began their career as an intern at a court/law office. Roman then worked as a part-time consultant for e-comtrust international ag, and a part-time associate for Burger & Müller attorneys at law. In 2012, they began working at CSS Versicherung as Head Assurance and Corporate Law & Compliance. In 2019, they became the owner and manager of Böhni attorneys at law, as well as a co-founder and member of the board of directors for Sedimentum AG, a Swiss healthcare start-up. In 2022, they became a partner at ADLEGEM Rechtsanwälte.

Roman Boehni obtained a Bachelor of Law from the University of Fribourg in 2006, followed by a Master of Law from the same university in 2007. In 2011, they were awarded an attorney at law from the Canton of Lucerne. From 2011 to 2015, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Technology from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Boehni also holds various certifications, including a Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001:2013 from BSI (2016), a Bachelor of Science HSLU in Business Information Technology from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (2015), a SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 from SAP (2015), an Externes Rechnungswesen - Finanzbuchhaltung from SAP (2015), an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from TÜV SÜD (2014), and a Master of Law and Bachelor of Law from the University of Fribourg (2007 and 2006, respectively).
